Planning the relocation and installation

Planning also encompasses legal and regulatory requirements such as building control along with possible planning permission, depending on the schedule and elements of the works. This is an area that space2work can offer assistance by completing all the necessary paperwork and forms ensuring a smooth transition and compliance to all associated regulations, and finally providing appropriate certifications.

Installation

Installations of all our interiors are managed by a dedicated project manager who is on hand for you as a first point of contact during the installation process. The project manager will carry out regular briefs and ensure projects are delivered to an exceptionally high standard, on time and within budget.

Relocation

Any move to a new office accommodation is a unique event to any one organisation and it must be carried out with minimal disruption and downtime to its business operations. What more, it can be very time consuming for clients and their staff. This is why at space2work we assign you a dedicated relocation manager whose energy and commitment is paramount to a successful move. Knowing the stresses that relocation brings our manager’s carry out space and storage audits, plan timely and actually co-ordinate to the whole project ensuring a smooth transition.
