A night and year to remember............
The colleagues, family and friends brushed off their tuxedo’s to attend the Trinity Mirror Business Awards event held every year, where outstanding businesses are recognised and their achievements celebrated. Space2Work were proud to win the first award of the evening - New Business Rising Star of the Year Award 2006/7. Held at the Galpharm Stadium in Huddersfield the evenings host was BBC’s Harry Gration with special guest and speaker John Bird MBE Founder of the Big Issue.

New space just caps it off..........
Over the past 12 months Space2Work have carried out works for the global financial training company FTC Kaplan. Having done jobs previously at their Wokingham, London and Manchester offices, FTC required our services again to extend the existing office space in their Manchester office, to fit a further 20 people. We hope to continue the working relationship with FTC Kaplan in the future.

Branding out down South.........
Space2Work won the contract to completely fit-out the International Medical Researchers, Branding Science, in Wandsworth, London. The works included partitioning, M & E, new furniture and decorations. Space2Work also produced an eye catching feature in the new offices, with the help of Myfotowall. Pictures will follow.

More space for local solicitors.......
The award winning Switalski’s Solicitors commissioned Space2Work and FP Construction to carry out works on both their Wakefield and Bradford offices. Space2Work and FP Construction will be working on both projects concurrently, which are due to finish in April 2007.

FPC has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and the two forces have now combined to give the perfect solution for commercial interiors industry. Chris’s previous industry experience is paramount to the continued success of the space2work IPC business model. Space2work & Huddersfield University………a joint project
Space2work and a team of students from the Huddersfield University BA Marketing faculty have joined forces to investigate the interiors industry and propose recommendations for the strategic plans of the space2work business model. James, Peri, Beth, and the team have set to work on exploring the interiors market identifying gaps and opportunities for the space2work team supporting the £1m three year growth plan.

6 fold in revenue........space2work keeps going
The Directors of space2work are celebrating the success of this year’s quarter, resulting in 6 fold sales from initial projections. Comments from Ray Norris “This year has started off well, our focused efforts of understanding the clients needs through the IPC is filtering through to our revenue for this quarter. However, we continue with our feet firmly on the ground and are committed to providing a true full turn key solution to all our existing and prospective clients”.

Just in time to bloom
Space2work were commissioned to refurbish the new offices for Bloom Media one of Leeds top marketing agencies. The refurbishment consisted of complete interior decoration and design, new flooring and blinds. Under a tight time schedule space2work complete the whole project on 2 weeks.

New space2work for the criminal department...
The refurbishment and fit-out of the new criminal department in Lincoln is due to open February 2006 as the Ringrose Law Group commissioned space2work to carry out the works which involved new flooring, including a sub floor, new office furniture, seating and blinds, heating and electrical works and finally a building control regulation application and certificate. The services of space2work were required due to the need for extra office space following the recent expansion of both the Commercial Law and Criminal teams at Ringrose law Group.

Interesting facts...
